A turn of event.

Yes, I think I have found a new path for my September.

So even though it’s still literally the first day, I realized that it would be much better for me to change the way I approaching programming this September.

  • Python

We all know that Python was supposed to be the lone star of this September. I planned to spend 30 days for only syntax, but it turned out that I have already known a whole lot and syntax only accounts for a small amount of what one needs to be a good programmer

  • Algorithm and Data Structure

For once, Youtube actually helps me at learning to program

Thanks to the Youtube algorithm, I have come to realize that Data Structure and Algorithm is the bigger part of the programming picture, compared to syntax.

This is later confirmed my a Computer Science friend of mine. This is very assuring because I’m a self-taught programmer and this means I’m going the right way.

Besides taking Havard’s CS50 Course, I believe that “Algorithm, Part 1” Course on Coursera she recommended would be of great help.

  • Linux

As of right now, I have been using my Raspberry Pi that runs multiple Linux Operating Systems for more than two months now.

And only today, with the help of Youtube algorithm, I have come to learn that being familiar with Terminal commands is a skill that if developed well, can be valuable on my resume.

This is quite a lot to take in.

Also, September is supposed to be a month of “minimalistic programming”

I believe a good sleep would help me organize all of this materials.

Good night.
